A Few Words on Tiempo CommonsO.S. Construction, L.L.C.
Owen Swanson has lived in the Moscow area nearly all of his life. His experience in the construction industry began at a young age as he worked for his father, a journeyman carpenter. Owen is a graduate of Moscow High school and began his electrical apprenticeship working for Gropp’s Electric while attending Lewis Clark State College. After four years at LCSC, Owen obtained his Journeyman’s license. Prior to establishing his own electric business, Owen worked as a union electrician in Lewiston and was the service coordinator for the Palouse region.
Since beginning his construction business, O.S. Construction, L.L.C., Owen has been a home and condominium builder predominantly in the Moscow area. He possesses an Idaho general contractor license, is bonded, and holds an Idaho public works license. Owen also owns O.S. Electric and Gutter which has completed electrical work on hundreds of homes in the Moscow area as well as many commercial and public buildings.
Owen knows the value of a good team and takes pride in building relationships with his subcontractors and employees. He is well established in the Moscow area and has worked hard to earn a stellar reputation. Owen’s care and expertise ensures Tiempo™ Commons homes will be the best that money can buy.
